.jpg) "Last month, when you were at Spec's on Dairy-Ashford, I bought a jar of your sauce and told you I'd let you know what we thought. In short, it was extraordinary! As I was telling you at Spec's, my wife is Italian and is very particular about her sauce. Her grandparents on both sides were from the old country and grandma's recipe has been handed down over the years, pretty much unchanged. Needless to say, she comes from a very fussy background where sauce is concerned. Taking her father into an Italian restaurant is always a challenge since he rarely likes the sauce because it not as good as his mother's. So, it was with some trepidation that I brought home a sauce "in a jar". As the rigatoni came to the table, I held my breath waiting for my wife's comments. Silence at first...nothing. You could tell she was thinking. Than her first words were "not bad" - high praise, I might add. Than "nice texture", followed by a string of other compliments. She now praises your sauce and says it is the closest thing to her grandmother's that she's ever bought. She thinks the texture, look and taste are like home made. In fact, she say's she would serve it to her parents! That shocked me! Thanks for a great product. If you can satisfy even the most critical audience, like her, I think you've hit a home run here."
